Position
Summary:
The maintenance technician is 101's key form of maintenance at 101.
The primary responsibility of this person is to organize, maintain, and prevent expensive down time on all equipment at 101.
The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively manage all maintenance items below in addition to special projects that may be required from time to time, both in terms of priority and scheduled time to complete.
This position reports to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
Essential Functions:
1.
Equipment maintenance:
scheduled and unscheduled work on processing equipment (electric/hydraulic/air), forklifts, manlifts, pumps, and stainless-steel pipes and valves.
2.
Facilities maintenance:
scheduled and unscheduled work on 101 buildings, grounds, mechanicals, and outside tanks.
Essential Skills:
Strong work ethic and integrity Strong time management 3.
Experience welding and plasma cutting.
4.
Experience wiring, troubleshooting, plumbing, working with stainless steel 5.
Strong problem-solving skills 6.
Communication skills:
Outlook, PC, in person, written, Teams, and etc Job Type:
